By becoming an affiliate of A3Menage.com, you automatically agree to the terms below. This A3Menage Agreement, along with the Program Rules (as defined below) and any other documents or materials mentioned or incorporated herein (collectively, the "Agreement"), constitutes a binding contract governing your participation in the Affiliate Program operated by A3Menage. As used in this Agreement, "we," "us," or "our" refers to A3Menage, and "Affiliate," "you," or "your" refers to the person or entity entering into this Agreement to participate in the Affiliate Program. BY ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU DECLARE THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND HAVE LEGAL CONSENT IN THE JURISDICTION WHERE YOU RESIDE. YOU ALSO AGREE TO THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF CERTAIN PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER INFORMATION ABOUT YOU. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT MAY BE CHANGED AT ANY TIME BY US, AT OUR DISCRETION, WITH OR WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. We indicate at the top of the page when this Agreement was last updated. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program after such changes will be considered as acceptance of such modifications. Be sure to revisit this page periodically to ensure familiarity with the most current version of this Agreement. By registering for the affiliate program, you digitally and automatically sign this agreement.
To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must create an account with us ("Account"). By creating your account, you certify that all information provided is complete and accurate. You agree to update this information when required and agree not to use another person's account without permission. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and restricted access to your account and password and agree to assume full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to notify us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account. We will not be liable for any losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any unauthorized use.
TRACKING AND COMMISSION REPORTS. Special links enable accurate tracking, reporting, and additions to your commission. You can only earn a commission for activities on A3Menage that occur directly through Special Links. Special links can be used alone or in combination with advertising assets. We will have no obligation to pay you a commission if you do not properly format links as Special Links, including in cases where failure to do so results in a reduction of the commission fee otherwise payable to you under this Agreement. A3Menage uses commercially accepted methods and practices, which may include session cookies, to track a person’s activities while on A3Menage. (To learn more about cookies, visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_cookie.). These methods are designed to determine when an action occurs. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the Program Rules for the Program Type, for a commission to be earned, a person referred from the Affiliate Site to A3Menage must be tracked from the moment the Special Link is activated (i.e., "clicked") until the person completes the membership registration process and creates an account on A3Menage. We will not be responsible to you or any other party for commissions or other amounts if we cannot determine that an action occurred, whether due to visitor or member browser settings, missing PID or GPID, antivirus software, or other factors. For illustration purposes, when cookies are used, they are typically set to expire when a person ends their browser session. If the session cookies expire before an account is created, you will not earn or be entitled to receive a commission based on any subsequent actions taken by that person. The Reports Page is generally updated daily but is not in "real-time" and is subject to final reconciliation, considering incomplete transactions, chargebacks, credits, and other potential charges. The form, content, and frequency of the Reports Page are subject to change.
All payments will be made via bank transfer. The affiliate must have at least fifty reais in their account to request a bank transfer. Currently, there is no limit to the withdrawal amount, but we may change this rule when deemed necessary. The minimum withdrawal amount may also be modified. The affiliate must provide their full name, CPF, and valid banking details to complete the transfer successfully. We are not responsible for incorrect data; if the affiliate provides incorrect details, they must send an email to contato@a3menage.com in a timely manner to correct their account details. There is no guarantee that the correction will be made before the deposit. Transfers take up to 30 business days to be completed. They typically occur within 7 business days, but we reserve the right to extend the deadline in case of a high volume of requests. The commission structure may vary depending on the current campaign, promotion, and pricing. We will provide systems that inform affiliates about the current bonus and commission types.
The applicable A3Menage entity grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to use the logos, trade names, trademarks, service marks, and similar identifying materials specified by A3Menage on the applicable A3Menage Site or in the A3Menage Program Rules ("A3Menage Marks") solely for the purpose of advertising A3Menage Services through Advertising Resources, subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You agree not to use or place A3Menage Marks on items harmful to end users, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in misleading or defamatory use of A3Menage trademarks. If your use does not comply with A3Menage's trademark policies, you must promptly remove them.
You represent and warrant that neither you nor the Affiliate Site will engage in misleading, deceptive, illegal, or infringing activities. You also guarantee that all information provided to us is complete, accurate, and up-to-date at all times.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT, A3Menage ENTITIES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT ARISING FROM ANY AFFILIATE'S PARTICIPATION IN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM OR USE OF A3Menage SERVICES. WE ALSO MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT A3Menage SITE OR SERVICES WILL REMAIN UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
A3Menage reserves the right to terminate the affiliate program at any time and is not obligated to pay commissions for future subscriptions.
Whether or not a violation of any of the terms mentioned in this contract occurs, A3Menage may arbitrarily terminate any user’s participation in the affiliate program and may also delete any user profile.
By using our services, you automatically agree to all the terms in this regulation and also agree that our moderation team will have the final say in any matters regarding A3Menage.com.
